The general objective of the Program is to consolidate complete educational trajectories (access, learning, and promotion) and their resilience to climate change (CC). The specific objectives are: (i) to increase the supply of climate-resilient educational services, focusing on early childhood and secondary education levels; (ii) to improve school leadership and pedagogical practices to enhance the quality of learning outcomes; (iii) to expand access to inclusive educational services for children with disabilities (SwD); (iv) to increase the educational reintegration of returned migrant populations; and (v) to strengthen education management capacities, including those that incorporate mitigation and adaptation measures to address CC (such as the development of a project portfolio, and monitoring and impact reporting), thereby contributing to enhancing the country's conditions for access to climate financing.
