The aim is to contribute to the improvement of living conditions of poor families in situations of vulnerability and social risk who are assisted by social services of SUAS. Specific objectives include: a.To Design and implement a new regulatory model of social assistance services provided by private organization (non-profit) and construct and disseminate standards of cost-effectiveness of public and private services. b.To Define and implement quality parameters for the operation of SUAS¿services focused in the integration of such services to other social policies. c. To expand and improve SUAS¿care with the construction of 500 new CRAS and appropriateness for accessibility of approximately 300 CREAS and 2200 CRAS, prioritizing metropolitan areas. d.To support the design of a continuous education process for SUAS¿professionals aiming the development of competences of CRAS and CREAS¿ managers and technicians, with emphasis on the provision of quality services and programs. e. Strengthen the institutional capacity of MDS as manager and regulator of SUAS by developing tools and methodologies for monitoring and evaluation of SUAS.
