The general objective of the program is to encourage more young people to continue studying with quality education at the secondary level and that they manage to finish it. The specific objectives are: (i) increase coverage of the basic and diversified cycles; (ii) improve physical learning environments; (iii) improve the use of educational resources for learning; and (iv) improve the skills of teachers in service at the secondary level.
