The present intervention concerns the Rehabilitation and Extension Project of the Bissau Thermal Power Plant and Distribution Networks. This project mainly concerns the rehabilitation and reinforcement of the means of production and distribution of electrical energy in the city of Bissau. Its completion should make it possible to standardize the distribution of electrical energy and improve the quality of service. This project also aims to help access electricity from potential customers who have been waiting for several years. The main components of the project are: (A) electro-mechanical and electrical equipment of the plant; (B) rehabilitation and extension of MV networks; (C) rehabilitation and extension of LV/EP networks; (D) connection equipment; (E) studies and monitoring; (F) training; (G) logistics support; and (H) external audit.
