Description | Beale Infrastructure is proposing a 400-megawatt cloud server data center in Coweta, Oklahoma, for a major U.S. tech giant. The project includes developer-funded utility and infrastructure upgrades such as water lines, electric service, sewer, fiber, and substations. The data center will use a closed-loop water-recycling system and is expected to provide significant electric utility franchise fee revenue and Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) payments to local taxing entities. The project hearings have been delayed to January 19, 2026, for the Planning Commission and February 2, 2026, for the City Council. |
