The project includes an air-cooled design that consumes no water and significant investments to support Pima County's Climate Action Plan. The renewable energy infrastructure, such as solar generation, will be developed off-site in coordination with TEP and fully funded by Beale Infrastructure, requiring no financial responsibility from Pima County. The project also plans to invest $15 million in Pima County to support local education and community growth, including a $5 million scholarship fund for STEM education. |
