Description | The purpose of the technical visit is to allow the MEHR to observe the Digital Project of Parana, especially the C3SL and to learn about its operations, costs, management and administration with the objective of applying the lessons learned and implementing a similar program in Barbados. In particular, MEHR will assess the option of collaborating closely with the tertiary education system in Barbados to provide maintenance services for the school system. It is to be noted that maintenance of the computers and other technologies are a contractual obligation by the MEHR. |
