Description | Project Harmony is a $40 million, multi-year initiative approved by Haig Point Club & Community Association on Daufuskie Island, South Carolina. It includes extensive renovation of the Rees Jones-designed Signature Course, a major reimagining of the Osprey Course into a high-quality nine-hole experience, infrastructure improvements including a new barge operation for materials transportation, residential growth with a target of 25 new homes per year, and lifestyle amenities such as a new integrated wellness and fitness center targeted for 2028, expanded racquet and pickleball facilities, and road improvements. The golf course renovation focuses on restoration and modernization, including reshaping tees, rebuilding greens, reshaping bunkers, regrading fairways, and vegetation management to enhance water views. The project is scheduled in three phases through 2029, with Duininck Golf handling on-course construction. |
