It will consume approximately 90 megawatts of power and use about 204 Olympic swimming pools worth of potable water each year for cooling. The project is located in Lane Cove West, Sydney, and is one of five proposed data centres in the light industrial precinct. The project is designed to comply with stringent environmental and planning requirements and is expected to create more than 300 full time construction jobs and more than 40 full time operational jobs. |
