The project of National Europass Centre and NCP EQF Slovenia is intended to address the objectives set in the call ERASMUS-EDU-2021-POL-NTWK-IBA.The objective of NEC is to help people get informed how to effectively communicate their skills and qualifications and to guide them toward use of Europass functionalities and information with particular attention to the information on qualifications in Slovenia and Europe. Considering EQF, the main objective refers to improvement the transparency, comparability and portability of people's qualifications in Europe, as the EQF is a key comparison tool to facilitate understanding and recognition of qualifications and learning between countries and encourages and supports different types of mobility in Europe. NCP EQF projects goals will be to analyse the needs for review and update the Slovenian Qualifications Framework and its referencing to the EQF and QF EHEA with a prepared desk research, publish information on Validation of non-formal & informal qualifications on national level on NQF website and link the information to the Europass platform. The goal is to encourage the use of the NQF/EQF by stakeholders and end-users with information and training on the LO approach. We will also explore and discuss possibilities on including microcredentials. Main goals of the NEC are to promote the new Europass platform, including information and all the new functionalities as well as support the issue of other Europass tools that facilitate transparency of qualification in Europe: issue of Certificate Supplements of Europass Mobilty and Diploma Supplement. NEC will maintain, update and develop both on-line applications that enables the issue of above mentioned as well as participate in development of new systems that have been and are to develop in the framework of EU developments. To effectively realize those activities, we will cooperate and network with all relevant national and EU stakeholders.
