The biomass power plant will supply renewable electricity to the Highland Pellets facility and adjacent industries, and provide heat to a nearby poultry processing facility. The project includes construction of a biomass boiler, steam turbine generator, cooling equipment, and a carbon dioxide capture system to compress and liquefy CO2 for storage in a Class VI well. |
