Description | Project Patriot is a power plant and data center campus development proposed by Dallas-based Bilateral Energy LLC. The project involves building a power plant on over 2,000 acres annexed by the city of Granbury in January 2026. The project was described in documents received by Hood County in June 2025, and Bilateral Energy received a permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in July 2025 to build the power plant. The Granbury City Council voted on April 7, 2026, to rezone the land to allow industrial development including power plants and data centers. |
