Project PowerPack Expansion at Green Bay Packaging Morrilton Facility

Under Construction

Green Bay Packaging is investing more than $1 billion to expand its manufacturing facility in Morrilton, Arkansas. The multi-year project includes enhancing the mill's infrastructure, replacing key process components such as the recovery boiler and biomass boiler, installing an electric turbine generator to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and acquiring approximately 300 acres of land for future expansion. This expansion aims to more than double the mill's current production capacity and create 35 new jobs.
