Description

Description

Our project involves expanding the Maison Belfield facility by approximately 8% to better serve a growing population of vulnerable ex-convicts reintegrating into society. The current space of 286 square meters is insufficient to accommodate the increasing demand for services. This expansion will involve removing walls between the living room, kitchen, and dining areas to create a more open and functional environment. The larger space will enable us to improve the delivery of essential services, including life skills training, social activities, job readiness programs, and family reunification support. By increasing common areas, we will enhance public accessibility to group meetings, social events, and rehabilitation activities, providing a safe and welcoming space for individuals seeking a second chance at life and reconnection with their community.
