Project Tango AI Data Center

planned

Project Tango is a proposed hyperscale artificial intelligence data center located on a 202.67-acre site on Southern Boulevard in unincorporated Palm Beach County, Florida. The project includes 3,594,564 total square feet of development, comprising warehouse use, data information and processing use (data center), and minor utility use. The project seeks to amend the previously approved master plan to add square footage and modify phasing, and requests a variance to reduce required parking. The project has faced opposition due to concerns about noise, water use, fire risk, and proximity to residential areas and a public school.
