Description
Description | Project Tango is a proposed AI data center planned for 200 acres west of Wellington in Palm Beach County. The project involves constructing 1 million square feet of data center buildings and 1.9 million square feet of warehouses at the Central Park Commerce Center in Loxahatchee. The data center will support artificial intelligence workloads on a hyperscale, housing thousands of servers with water-based cooling systems. The developer has revised the site plan to move the data center at least 2,000 feet away from nearby homes and Saddle View Elementary School to address community concerns. The facility will be powered by a Florida Power & Light Co. energy plant and is expected to bring economic growth and high-skilled jobs to the western communities. |
