PROJET ROUTE KARA-KETAO KEMERIDA

a) Technical : The Government of Sierra Leone will determine which region, district that will be the beneficiaries of the project according to demonstrated need. b) Financial : The realistic financial needs of the project will be determined during the preparation and appraisal stages. c) Institutional : The Ministry of education's planning directorate will implement the project. d) Environmental : The project is not expected to harm the environment. e) Policy : This project is fully in line with the government policy which considers accelerated development of basic education a national priority.
