Description | Prologis has a 6-million-square-foot pipeline of industrial developments in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including six buildings under construction totaling about 2.5 million square feet. Projects include three large industrial/logistics facilities in Halton Hills, two speculative distribution centres in Etobicoke, a distribution centre for Lululemon in Brampton, and a mass timber industrial facility also in Brampton. Additionally, Prologis acquired 198 acres in Caledon for future industrial development with plans for four to six buildings ranging from 250,000 to over a million square feet. |
