Description | Prometheus Hyperscale is proposing data centers in Wyoming that generate their own power on-site using Wyoming's natural gas. The data centers will use a closed-loop cooling system that does not draw from or discharge to local water supplies, addressing concerns about water consumption. The project aims to capture more economic value within Wyoming by creating jobs and generating tax revenue for local communities. Peak construction is expected to offer approximately 3800 jobs, with a permanent technical workforce thereafter.
