The general objective of the project: promoting foreign and local tourism in Alytus and Podlaskie cross-border regions and using the rich national Cuisine Heritage of these regions. Direct objectives: creating a long-term cooperation network joining tourism information centres and of Alytus and Podlaskie regions and enterprises that produce or supply services of Cuisine Heritage; reviving and promoting Cuisine Heritage traditions; encouraging enterprises to supply the market with high quality Cuisine Heritage products and services encouraging them to become new tourist attraction centres, developing the cross-border regions employability initiatives, creating new job vacancies in companies, raising qualification of employees, improving cross-border regions image and identity, nurturing and advertising material and spiritual values of and strengthening cultural relationship.
