Proposed Enhancement to Loyang Avenue, Telok Paku Road, Nicoll Drive and Changi Coast Road

This project involves the construction of an interchange over the existing Loyang Flyover (TPE) and Loyang Avenue / Tampines Avenue 7 at-grade junction and a 0.9km section of the Loyang Viaduct, along Loyang Avenue between Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Pasir Ris Drive 3. For this contract, specialised overhead machinery will be deployed for construction to minimise impact on the at-grade traffic. As construction works will interface with underground utilities network and given site constraints, traffic diversions would be required. More details of the traffic diversions will be announced later. Prior to physical commencement of the construction works, LTA and the contractor will work closely with stakeholders to mitigate inconveniences to residents, such as by erecting noise barriers.
