Description | The Rochester City Council approved an exclusive negotiation agreement with Landmark Development for a possible stadium development at the Silver Lake Power Plant Site. Landmark Development will conduct a market analysis, site due diligence, infrastructure planning, and financial modeling to evaluate the feasibility of the stadium-anchored mixed-use district development. The study is expected to take about six months and will be funded by Landmark Development. The agreement does not obligate the city to sell the property or approve a redevelopment plan. |
