Description | Engineer to provide detailed design, survey and supervision of on-site construction for phase 1 development. Sagamok is to be General Contractor, Sagamok to provide all local labour forces to provide all clearing & grubbing, trench excavation, water main construction. Sagamok will only construct 10 lots for residential development in year 2018, rest of phase will be completed over two years. Year 2018 will construct serviced lots with 10 water stops for 10 residential lots. Road and hydro/communications lines will commence once water main is installed. Off-reserve benefit is increased security of water quality resulting in reduced burden to provincial health care system. |
