Protect Your Future with Disaster Awareness

With our project, we aim to include young people who want to play a voluntary role in any phase of disaster management by increasing their capacities through training and creating volunteer teams. Our project seeks to prepare youth, children, and families for the first 72 hours of disasters and to promote a culture of disaster preparedness through training. It aims to raise awareness, share basic precautions, and help individuals learn and practice correct behavioral patterns. With the volunteer teams we will create, volunteers will be able to participate in the training they receive before, during, and after disasters. By working in coordination with professional teams, they will contribute to making society more resilient to disasters and emergencies in an effective and organized manner. Our project aims to minimize the material and moral damage caused by disasters through the contributions of its volunteers and to make society more resilient. One of the most effective ways to reduce the negative effects of disasters is to create disaster awareness across all segments of society through education. The duration of our project is 24 months, and a total of 114 volunteers will participate. All of these volunteers will be young people with limited opportunities.
