Provaris Energy Hydrogen Export Project

Provaris Energy has advanced its hydrogen export initiative by finalizing a cooperation agreement with K Line and Norwegian Hydrogen. The project aims to commercialize a bankable supply chain to support Europe's rising hydrogen demand, particularly in Germany. Norwegian Hydrogen will develop and operate production facilities, while K Line will finance and operate specialized hydrogen carriers based on Provaris Energy's proprietary vessel design technology. The project is progressing with final class approvals for the hydrogen carrier design and a prototype tank program in Norway, targeting a final investment decision around late 2027 or early 2028, with operations potentially starting in 2030 or 2031.
