Total ProjectCost: 96.10 million Euro- INR 817.12 Crores AFD Financing: 72 million Euro -INR 612.00 Crores State Financing: 24.1 million Euro -INR 205.12Crores Project approved: 120th meeting of DEA held on 17th Sep 2021 Loan negotiation for Framework Agreement: 27th January 2023. Signing of Framework Agreement: 3rd March 2023. Signing of Project Agreement: 21st March 2023 Project Objective: To develop the access to sewerage in Manali, Bilaspur, Palampur, Nahan and Karsog towns of Himachal Pradesh. To develop the access to drinking water in Manali and Palampur towns. To improve the environmental condition of water streams and reduce the water-borne diseases. To manage the future systems according to local regulations and international best practices in particular, respect the discharge quality standards.
