Description	Proximity Government Center is a new luxury apartment complex under construction next to the New Hanover County Government Center in Wilmington, NC. The complex will also have an amenity center with a swimming pool, fitness center, business center, designated green space, and an adjacent public park. At least 5% of the units will be reserved for workforce housing. The project is part of a public-private partnership between New Hanover County and Cape Fear FD Stonewater LLC, with a total anticipated value of $46 million. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Following this residential phase, the developer plans to construct an office or commercial building valued at $24 million, with construction to begin no later than seven years after the land sale.
