Structuring a public lighting project (IP) in the municipality of Cachoeiro de Itapemirim (ES). The objective of the Partnership is to modernize the approximately 19 thousand points in the city's IP park, adapting them to current technical standards, using the Contribution for Public Lighting – COSIP as a source of funding. The project is carried out through cooperation between FEP CAIXA and the Inter-American Development Bank – IDB, with the consortium formed by the consultancies Elemental, Ambiental and DS being hired. The specialized technical service contracted consists of the following activities: Technical advice to be provided by Caixa to the Entity; Specialized technical consultancy to carry out feasibility studies and develop the documents necessary for bidding on the Concession Contract. Concession Structuring services cover technical engineering, economic-financial, legal and socio-environmental aspects in the preparation of projects, reports, opinions, reports and information in the following stages: Preliminary Studies – Completed Technical, Economic and Environmental Feasibility Studies (EVTEA) – Completed External Validation (Public Consultation and Control Bodies) – Public consultation started on 07/24/20 and public hearing held on 09/04/2020.
