Description

Structuring a public lighting project (IP) in Olinda (PE). The objective of the PPP is to modernize the city's IP park (approximately 24 thousand points) adapting them to current technical standards. Expected benefits: Improved public safety and quality of life for almost 394,000 people; Modernization of the prominent lighting of municipal monuments; Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; It is Increased investments and job creation. The project is carried out in cooperation between FEP CAIXA and the International Financial Corporation – IFC. The consortium formed by the companies Ernst & Young, Manesco, Arcitech and Studio 3K was hired to carry out the structuring. The process is being financed by the Municipality (10%), the International Financial Corporation – IFC (45%) and the Fund to Support the Structuring and Development of Concession Projects and Public-Private Partnerships – FEP CAIXA (45%), in terms of Federal Law No. 13,529/2017. The specialized technical service consists of the following activities: technical advice to be provided by Caixa to the Entity. specialized technical consultancy to carry out feasibility studies and develop the necessary documents for bidding on the Concession Contract. Concession Structuring services cover technical engineering, economic-financial, legal and socio-environmental aspects in the preparation of projects, reports, opinions, reports and information in the following stages: Preliminary Studies; CONCLUDED Technical, Economic and Environmental Feasibility Studies (EVTEA); CONCLUDED External Validation (Public Consultation and Control Bodies); CONCLUDED Bidding and Contracting.
