Structuring a public lighting project (IP) in the municipality of Patos de Minas (MG). The objective of the Partnership is to modernize around 25,400 points in the city's IP park, adapting them to current technical standards, using the Contribution for Public Lighting – COSIP as a source of funding. The structuring was carried out by the consultancy HOUER, hired by CAIXA. The process is being financed by the Municipality (10%) and the Fund to Support the Structuring and Development of Concession Projects and Public-Private Partnerships – FEP CAIXA (90%), under the terms of Federal Law No. 13,529/2017. The specialized technical service contracted consists of the following activities: Technical advice to be provided by Caixa to the Entity; Specialized technical consultancy to carry out feasibility studies and develop the documents necessary for bidding on the Concession Contract. They cover the technical engineering, economic-financial, legal and socio-environmental aspects in the preparation of projects, reports, opinions, reports and information in the following phases: Project Assessment – COMPLETED Structuring the contract – COMPLETED External Validation (Public Consultation and Control Bodies); CONCLUDED.
