Structuring a public lighting project (IP) in Ponta Grossa (PR). The objective of the PPP is to modernize the city's IP park (more than 45 thousand points) adapting them to current technical standards. The process is being financed by the Municipality (10%), by the IFC (45%) and by the Fund to Support the Structuring and Development of Concession Projects and Public-Private Partnerships – FEP CAIXA (45%), under the terms of Federal Law No. 13,529/2017. The specialized technical service contracted consists of the following activities: technical advice to be provided by Caixa to the Entity. specialized technical consultancy to carry out feasibility studies and develop the necessary documents for bidding on the Concession Contract. Concession Structuring services cover technical engineering, economic-financial, legal and socio-environmental aspects in the preparation of projects, reports, opinions, reports and information in the following stages: Preliminary Studies – COMPLETED Technical, Economic and Environmental Feasibility Studies (EVTEA) – COMPLETED External Validation (Public Consultation and Control Bodies) – COMPLETED Bidding and Contracting – IN PROGRESS Comments: The completion dates for the stages are forecasts provided by the technical teams and are subject to reassessment as the project progresses.
