Structuring a public lighting project (IP) in São Pedro da Aldeia (RJ). The objective of the PPP is to modernize around 14,000 points in the city's IP park, adapting them to current technical standards, using the Contribution for Public Lighting – COSIP as a source of funding. Expected benefits: 1. Improving public safety and quality of life for the 107,000 inhabitants; 2. Modernization of the prominent lighting of municipal monuments; 3. Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; It is 4. Increased investments and job creation. The structuring will be carried out by the consultancy Consórcio Modelo IP (     )  contracted by the Support Fund for the Structuring and Development of Concession Projects and Public-Private Partnerships – FEP CAIXA, under the terms of Federal Law No. 13,529/2017. The specialized technical service contracted consists of the following activities: The. technical advice to be provided by Caixa to the Entity. B. specialized technical consultancy to carry out feasibility studies and develop the necessary documents for bidding on the Concession Contract. Concession Structuring services cover technical engineering, economic-financial, legal and socio-environmental aspects in the preparation of projects, reports, opinions, reports and information in the following stages: • Preliminary Studies; • Technical, Economic and Environmental Feasibility Studies (EVTEA); • External Validation (Public Consultation and Control Bodies); • Bidding and Contracting.
