Description | The project entails a toll road Puerta de Hierro – Palmar de Varela y Carreto – Cruz de Vizo. The project includes improvements in 196.19KM of existing roads and the construction of a variant road of 5.2KM in the municipality of El Carmen de Bolívar, Colombia. The SPV is Concesionaria Vial Montes Di Maria, wholly owned by Sacyr. The type of project execution is BOT with a 25 year concession period. The project cost is $208 million. $185 million in debt are secured by BTG Pactual and Banco Santander. OPIC provided guarantee.
