Description | Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. (Reliance Infra) is selling its Pune-Satara Toll Road project to Singapore-based Cube Highways and Infrastructure III Pte Ltd. The project is a 140-km six-lane expressway between Pune and Satara on National Highway NH-4 (now NH-48), developed under the Build-Operate-Transfer (Toll) model. Cube Highways will acquire a 100% stake in PS Toll Road Pvt. Ltd., the special purpose vehicle operating the toll road. The transaction is expected to reduce Reliance Infra's consolidated debt by Rs 1400 crore and provide equity proceeds of Rs 600 crore for future growth initiatives. |
