Description | The Operation's IPF Windows will assist the Government of Punjab to develop its housing sector policy, strategy, and programs; to strengthen the institutions and systems needed to facilitate housing supply; and to undertake program management. Specifically, it will support activities such as: a) development of evidence-based housing policy, strategy, and programs; b) implementation of recent regulatory reforms to support housing delivery; c) digital systems for housing market information, projects' management, and beneficiary management; d) locational and infrastructure provision criteria and processes to facilitate the PforR window; and e) institutional strengthening of HUDD, PHATA and the Urban Unit through requisite staffing and fiduciary, safeguards, and M&E systems. |
