The Program will increase access to quality family planning services in the project districts of Punjab through advocacy and political commitment, improved availability of family planning services increased demand of family planning commodities. The project will be a PforR and will consist of an investment project financing component to provide technical assistance, to strengthen the capacity of the implementing agency and improve their systems to manage the programs. It would finance training, workshops, hiring of human resources, creating Management Information Systems including logistics supply management, supervision, environmental risk mitigation measures, social risk mitigation measures, beneficiary feedback, monitoring and evaluation.
