It consists of following sub-components: (i) awareness raising and behavior change related to Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and safe wash practices; and (ii) training and capacity building of village-level institutions. The third component, service delivery improvement consists of following sub-components: (i) establishing institutions and building capacity for service delivery; (ii) solid waste and animal waste management; and (iii) water quality monitoring.
