• The revised scope of the project is the purchase of one gas and accessible, specialized transit vehicle to replace existing vehicle in the City of Timmins’ paratransit service that has reached the end of its useful life. • As a result of the project, the buses will exceed the highest published accessibility standards in Ontario. Furthermore, the project will improve the capacity, quality and safety of the specialized transit services in the City of Timmins. In addition, the improved quality and capacity of the transit services can contribute to improved modal share in the City of Timmins as well.
