Description | The STL wishes to purchase a software program for revising and standardizing various response protocols for existing and future plans in the following areas: safety, fire evacuation, emergency measures, operational continuity, IT contingency, administrative contingency, payroll, and communication of emergencies. This software would centralize the information and make it available at all times for stakeholders, both on fixed and mobile devices, and eliminate paper. The purpose of the project is to purchase business continuity software to standardize the seven plans and protocols. It must include multiple functionalities, such as a databank for physical resources and risk management, real-time reporting, etc. |
