Description | The project involves redeveloping the previously shuttered Cave Creek Water Reclamation Plant in north Phoenix into a next-generation treatment facility. It will use advanced water purification technologies including ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and ultraviolet advanced oxidation to convert treated wastewater into purified drinking water.
