A progressive internationalisation of the professional perspectives in the arts industry has marked the three last decades. These economic dynamics are both current challenges for cultural firms and the opportunity to deeply redefine regional arts industry practices while discovering new markets to invest. Based on the efficiency of joint actions, Pyrenart gathers 9 partners on the whole of the Pyrenean territory and aims at the improvement of the competitivity together with the empowerment of the live arts industry in order to increase its internationalisation. The knowledge of targeted markets is a prerequisite to boost exportations. Therefore, Pyrenart proposes a digital professional training programme in addition to various seminars and workshops specific to the knowledge of live arts international production specificities. Coproductions of contemporary plays will simultaneously lay ground for interactions with other live arts firms international networks. The Pyrenees Itinerary, a series of professional events linked in a perspective of BtoB optimisation, will enlighten these cooperation actions. Finally, while supporting professional mobility, Pyrenart will facilitate networking and give international visibility to the cultural entrepreneurs of the region, aiming for economic spin-off.
