Q Loft

complete

New Architecture Q Loft is a midrise boutique condo, 8 storeys in height and comprised of just 70 loft and condo suites. Some offer dramatic 2-level designs. Many offer spacious balconies and terraces. And all will enjoy the convenience of having a selection of retail shops and services on the ground floor of the building, with canopied and tree-lined walkways along both Queen and Dufferin. New Attitude One moment you're standing on the corner of Queen and Dufferin and the next you've stepped into the entrance of Q Loft. A modern lobby is marked by contrasts, from the black slate on the wall to the white marble floor. From the rough stone feature wall to the smoothness of the back-painted glass. Attitude. Elegance. Cool. Through a glass wall you look at the QLoft Residents Lounge and the equipped exercise room with the latest weight training and fitness equipment. With a wall of windows facing Dufferin Street it is an invigorating place in which to work out, filled with natural light. Just a perfect setting for your new place on Queen Street West. Attitude. Style. All in the spirit of QLoft.
