This project is part of a bigger initiative by the sponsors Qair International and Mazarine Energy BV involving another 10MW PV power plant by the name of Project B. The total cost for the project amounts to $4.24 million, it was provided by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) via a loan.
