The project involves designing, building, financing, operating, maintaining and transferring 12 new schools consisting of 2 secondary schools, 3 preparatory schools, 1 shared school and 6 primary schools in Qatar.The schools to be developed in the package are as follows :Preparatory School for Girls in Muaither, Al Rayyan Municipality;Secondary School for Boys in South Wajbah, Al Rayyan Municipality;Preparatory School for Boys in Gharafa, Al Rayyan Municipality;Primary (5 & 6) School for Boys in Ain Khalid, Al Rayyan Municipality;Primary School for Girls in Muaither, Al Rayyan Municipality;Primary (5 & 6) School for Boys in Al Waab /Sudan, Al Rayyan Municipality;Preparatory School for Girls in Al Thumama, Doha Municipality;Alternate to Abdullah bin Turki Model School (School for Boys) in Al Aziziya, Al Rayyan Municipality;Primary School for Girls in Al Wukair, Al Wakra Municipality;Shared (Nursery, Primary, Preparatory and Secondary) School for Boys in Rawdet Rashid, Al Sheehaniya Municipality;Primary (5 & 6) School for Boys in Al Thumama, Doha Municipality; andSecondary School for Girls in Al Thumama, Doha Municipality.The project encompasses tasks such as designing, constructing, and demolishing existing structures in evacuated schools, landscaping, providing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE), managing cleaning and security, overseeing facilities (both soft and hard), conducting lifecycle replacements, and operating a helpdesk, among other responsibilities.
