The total capacity of the plant was 6MW . The project was listed in the 'Golden Sun' program in 2010, but subsidiary from the government was unknown. By May 2012, at least 25% of construction had been achieved. It was expected that the project could be operational by June 2012. The concession term was still unknown. The total investment was RMB 180 million (US$ 28.53 million). |
