Description | The project involves the investment, financing, reconstruction, operation and maintenance of a 40.53 KM secondary roads in Zhoukou City, Henan Province of China. The scope of the project includes Taiqing Road (Hanyang Road ~ Zhoukou Avenue), Jianshe Avenue (Xihuan Road ~ Zhoukou Avenue), Qiyi Road (Xihuan Road ~ Hanyang Road), Traffic Avenue (Xihuan Road ~ Zhoukou Avenue), Zhoukou Avenue (Luohe Road - North Exit), Bayi Road (Kaiyuan Avenue ~ Taiqing Road), Yingbin Avenue (Yellow River Road ~ Ningluo Expressway). The project cost amounts to CNY 1,376,330,000 or $ 203.49 million. The project is structured under ROT model for a concession period of 22 years. The return mechanism is feasibility gap subsidy.
