The project consists of the following:1. Qinggang County Rural Road Dangerous Bridge Reconstruction Project; 2. 2020 Xinghua Town to Zhenxiang Town Highway (Yellow Spring Town to Zhenxiang Town Section) Construction Project; 3. 2020 Qinggang County to Laodong Town Highway Construction Project; 4. 2020 Tongshun Village to Xincun Township (Heida Road to Lianfeng Township Section) Construction Project. 2. Construction content and scale of the project Sub-project 1 implements the reconstruction project of the dangerous bridge of rural roads and rebuilds it. 42 bridges with a total length of 893.95 extension meters. In the second subproject, the road from Yingchun Town to Zhenxiang Town will be reconstructed and rebuilt. The total length is 6.3 kilometers. Component 3 implements reconstruction of the highway from Qinggang County to Laodong Town and rebuilds it. The total length is 12.734 kilometers. Subproject 4 implements reconstruction of the road from Tongshun Village to Xincun Township and rebuilds it. The total length is 9.8 kilometers. 3. Investment Estimation The planned construction investment of the first subproject is 49,357,757 million yuan. The planned construction investment for the second subproject is RMB 15.12 million. Total investment stands at $ 18.3 million. The estimated construction period is from May 2020 to October 2020. Period of the concession is 11 years based on BOT type.
