Description | Construction of the China WindPower Delingha Solar Power Plant phase 3 commenced around October 2013 in Delingha City, Qinghai Province. WindPower had a 100% stake in the 20MW plant. The total investment was US$ 30.67 million (RMB 190 million). WindPower implemented the project through its subsidiary registered locally Delingha Xiehe Solar Power Co., Ltd. . By January 2014, US$ 17.75 million (RMB 110 million) had been incurred in construction. In December 2013, WindPower officially signed a loan agreement with the China Development Bank for this project. |
