Description	Guangdong Qinglian Highway Development (GQHD) is a 33-year joint venture between Changi Specialist Centre of Singapore and the Guangdong Provincial government. GQHD was established to build, operate and maintain a 215-km, dual 2-lane toll highway linking Qingyuan in Guangdong with Hunan Province. The private partner Changi is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pinetree Resorts Pte. and has a 51% share in the joint venture. The road cost US$360 million to construct, and was completed in November 1997. The highway is part of National Highway 107. Toll revenue during the first seven years is expected to reach US$570 million, with a 15% annual toll increase. None None
