Description | TheQuality Valley Riyadhproject involves the redevelopment of a large government-owned site in Riyadh into a modern, mixed-use urban destination through a public-private partnership led by the National Center for Privatization & PPP. The project includes designing, financing, constructing, operating, and maintaining office spaces, commercial and retail facilities, and public amenities such as landscaped areas, walkways, and community infrastructure.The project scope covers the comprehensive development, financing, operation, and maintenance of the facility, including the delivery of revenue-generating commercial assets and government office infrastructure within the project site. It also involves the commercial development and investment of designated areas, with flexibility to optimize the asset mix in line with Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) guidelines and required approvals. In addition, the project includes the construction of shared and supporting infrastructure such as mosques, parking facilities, landscaping, roads, and public open spaces. At the end of the contract term, all project facilities will be transferred back to the procuring authority. The concession will run for 35 years under a Design–Build–Finance–Operate–Maintain–Transfer (DBFOMT) delivery model. |
